As the curator and lead event producer for Wellness for All Womban event, we provided full-scale event planning and production services to ensure a seamless, impactful experience for attendees. Our team led fundraising efforts to bring this vision to life, coordinated a diverse vendor marketplace featuring holistic health practitioners and wellness brands, and developed a strategic marketing plan to reach and engage various audiences.

We meticulously curated every detail, from securing expert panelists and speakers to creating a nourishing guest experience with catered food that complemented the event’s theme of natural healing. By balancing educational discussions on reproductive health with interactive elements such as wellness workshops and hands-on healing experiences, we crafted an immersive and empowering event. Wellness for All Womban was not just an event—it was a thoughtfully designed space for women of color to connect, learn, and leave with the resources needed to take control of their reproductive health.
